With over 20 years of experience in mental health across a lifespan I can help you think through and understand what past events may have lead you to your current feelings of being stuck. Using CBT or Narrative/systemic therapy alongside an understanding of neuropsychology behind what is going on we can collaboratively explore healthier ways of coping.
