I work with a wide range of adults from various backgrounds and experiences related to; abuse, alcohol use, anger, anxiety, bereavement, depression, family issues, gender, grief and loss, ill health, relationship issues, substance use, trauma, victim support.
As a person-centred therapist I will offer you warmth, empathy and openness without judgement. We will work together to explore your thoughts and feelings at a pace that feels right for you. I will work to help you to untangle your feelings, to build self-awareness and self-acceptance and help you to move in the direction you want to go.
At the moment I have availability on Thursdays for online or telephone counselling sessions with adults across the UK.
