I am a HCPC registered Consultant Clinical Psychologist and EMDR Consultant/Clinical Supervisor. I work with people aged 16+ with a range of psychological difficulties. I take a collaborative and compassionate approach as we work together to meet your therapeutic goals. I work integratively, drawing on a number of evidence based psychological approaches including EMDR and Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT). My stance is trauma informed and body inclusive. I am also trained in ego state/parts work.
I specialise in offering EMDR to clients with trauma/PTSD, early life relationship disruptions, trauma related to pregnancy and birth, bereavement/loss and workplace stress. I can also offer Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET). I tailor psychological therapy to each client and their needs, working holistically rather than having a prescriptive approach.
