I use EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and CBT.
In my NHS work I specialise in supporting individuals, and their families, live with chronic health conditions, acquired brain injury, stroke, traumatic brain injury and neurological conditions. In my private work, I help people with a wide range of presentations, including PTSD, depression, low self-esteem, anxiety, stress, and adjustment difficulties.
