Hi thanks for stopping at my page. I am an experienced counsellor working with individuals struggling with anxiety, relationships and depression. I also work with trauma and bereavement and have particular experience working with adults who have either been diagnosed or awaiting diagnosis for ADHD.
Through exploration and explanation I help you to recognise negative patterns of behaviour and make positive changes to your life. I use a variety of tools and psycho education helping you increase your confidence and self-esteem.
It can sometimes be difficult speaking with family and friends about your frustration, sadness or worries over a situation. This is where counselling can enable you to talk freely and without judgement where you will be provided with compassion, acceptance, understanding and confidentiality.
