With the rise in anxiety-based school avoidance, managing friendships, stress and trauma alongside the hustle and bustle of daily life, it is common for young people of all ages to feel overwhelmed, leading to a diminished sense of joy and a struggle to cope effectively. My role is to provide guidance and equip clients with practical tools to navigate challenges, fostering resilience and maintaining mental well-being over time.
As a parent, I know how difficult it can become when you feel you can’t help your child. When you feel hopeless yourself. I’m here to help the family move forward with the tools and techniques needed. Together, we can navigate the challenges and celebrate the victories.
I provide a safe and inclusive setting, customizing sessions for individuals of all ages, considering their abilities and specific needs. Working with children requires a different approach compared to working with adults. Nevertheless, my qualification in social work and experience working on projects have equipped me with the skills and assurance needed.
