Whatever your reason is for seeking therapy, I am here to help. I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Psychotherapist, NLP Master Practitioner and Time Line Therapist. I have been a therapist for 25+ years and I assist my clients in overcoming a range of issues. I am open to self and third-party referrals and, I am also a private mental healthcare provider-practitioner for BUPA, Aviva, Cigna, WPA - to mention a few. My main focus and therefore my specialism is often in the treatment of Stress, Anxiety and Depression - but tend to work with of relational issues too. I work both face-to-face and by telephone. I also run therapy groups.
I work in a solution-focused way and with a range of psychological tools. This way, I could help in reducing your anxiety and depression, to manageable levels, within a few sessions. But note - that this, is dependent on the nature and duration of the anxiety itself. I offer a 10 minute consultation by phone, but it may be held face-to-face if you wish.

Groups
Esther Emanuel - Group Therapy
Groups normally convene for 90 minutes each week. They are closed groups which consist of 5 to 10 participants and run for 6 Weeks. The groups aim to assist participants in overcoming their anxiety and depression. For further information, please contact me directly. Note, however: I also conduct therapy groups for organisations on request. The main focus of these groups are also on Anxiety and Depression.
