It is often accompanied with other conditions such as anxiety, low self-esteem, and feelings of shame and blame. Additionally, unhelpful coping strategies may follow.
As both Chartered Psychologist and ADHD Coach, research-based practice is integral to my work. I offer an integrative approach tailored to each individual. I draw on a range of psychological approaches, as well as from an ADHD informed coaching paradigm. I work both on a practical skills and strategies, but also on a more emotional and psychological level.
An empathic non-judgemental and warm environment is central to my work. My hope is to help ease distress, facilitate change and growth. Ultimately to enhance the lives of my clients. I provide one-to-one session online. I currently work with young adults and women across the lifespan
