I am a Relationship Counselor and offer a combination of Counselling and Life Coaching. Sometimes we find ourselves in situations that are beyond our control, and this can sometimes overwhelm us. Our power lies not in the matter but deep within us. Are you struggling or stressed out with a job that gives you little or no satisfaction and or stressed by life in general? I will help you deal with: Stress-related issues, conflict in relationships or marriage, miscarriage, low self-esteem or confidence.
I use Counselling skills to help my clients understand and deal with the root cause of their issues and then apply Coaching techniques that have been proven to be quite effective in maintaining the standard of living they desire. I offer a 4-week small group workshop for anyone suffering from low self-esteem at a very low cost ( see flier for details)
My personal experience of counseling and coaching was what led me to become a trained practitioner. I understand what it means to feel lost without a purpose. I had low self-esteem and didn't believe in myself. I always felt others were better than me. Today I have worked with children, young people, and adults. I just enjoy seeing the change & development.
