I am here to listen and help you unravel the issues that are getting in the way of you living the life you desire. I am a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT) with a keen interest in compassion focused therapy and mindfulness practice, providing online, telephone and face to face counselling sessions.
CBT can help you make sense of your experiences and allow you to consider the changes you would like to make. With your goals in mind, we will create a pathway together. Working at your pace I will introduce you to CBT techniques and encourage you to practice new skills and strategies between sessions.
