I am a Psychosynthesis therapist and I provide a space where you can begin to understand yourself, cope with your life difficulties, explore your deeper self and invite more self-compassion and acceptance. The work is in search of synthesis - revealing, accepting and integrating your parts together, creating a fuller sense of self with all its potential.
