I work as a Senior CBT Therapist in the NHS providing evidence based therapy to treat psychological difficulties and disorders including depression, generalised anxiety disorder, panic disorder, social anxiety, phobias, health anxiety, OCD, PTSD, BDD, low self esteem and perfectionism. My clients often report feeling stuck in unhelpful patterns and are looking to make a lasting change to live a life more in line with what matters most to them.
Working together, my clients gain the tools they need to make changes in their life during and long after therapy has ended. I have experience working with burnout where finding the balance between time for achievement and for rest and recovery is key. I have also supported many perinatal clients with the challenging transition to parenthood.
As a therapist I offer a compassionate, warm and honest collaborative approach. I strive to create a safe and nurturing space where my clients can face their fears and achieve meaningful change. I am passionate about helping people on their individual journey and have experienced, witnessed and facilitated significant change over the years.
