As an HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist, I'm highly experienced in providing evidence-based therapy tailored to your individual needs. I hold expertise in treating a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety, low self-esteem, and low mood. I also work with people facing issues related to identity (including LGBTQ+), relationships, grief and loss.
My main approaches are compassion focused therapy (CFT), cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), narrative therapy and attachment theory. Together, we can work collaboratively to support you in better understanding your experiences and make the meaningful changes in your life you wish to see.
