As a Person Centred Counsellor I work closely with you and work towards working with your inner feelings as I believe that you are the expert in what is best for you and I can help you experience these feelings and I can help you make the changes you really want for yourself which will make you feel less anxious and you are able to live a fulfilled life.
In my practice I will listen to you and be empathic and non-judgemental. You can bring anything that is affecting you to the session. I will work towards helping you feel less anxious and by the time you leave the session you are able to cope with your inner feelings. I offer a safe place for you to explore what is making you feel anxious.
