Are you a parent or carer looking for support for the child in your care? Maybe you’ve been surprised by your own strong and complex emotions that seem to have been stirred up by parenting? One of the greatest privileges in my work is to support families working through past and present hurts to nurture understanding and deepen relationships. I work collaboratively with parents and carers to figure out what approach is best suited to your family’s needs right now. I also specialise in Jungian-informed sandplay therapy, which is suitable for individual clients of all ages and backgrounds.
Sandplay is a gentle and surprisingly powerful invitation to self-discovery, as well as a safe and contained way to work through difficult past experiences, including grief and trauma. I am experienced in working with foster and adoptive families and care-experienced children and young people, with a DDP (Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy) informed approach
