I am a Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years experience working with adults in the NHS. I gained a first class honours degree from the University of Southampton and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the Institute of Psychiatry (King's College, London). Since qualifying, I have gone on the complete further specialist training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy ( CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT).
I offer individual online therapy for adults who would like support in understanding or changing difficulties that they are experiencing. This could be struggling with emotions, such as anxiety, low mood or worry. Or it could be about coping with and making sense of past experiences. For some people, they feel stuck and would like some support in moving on.
