I am a fully qualified Integrative Psychotherapist and a Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist, working with couples and individuals. I understand how overwhelming it can be trying to choose a therapist. I find a chat on the telephone is often a good place to begin. My website should offer a sense of who I am and how I work helping people feel a bit more comfortable about the process as well as feedback from my clients. A really positive therapeutic relationship can be transformative, it is a relationship and I really care about my clients and their outcomes. Your goals, and way of being will shape the way we work together.
What matters most is the two people in the room and our relationship. I have experience with the myriad of issues that can be covered by not feeling "good enough", self-esteem, relationship difficulties whether sexually informed or emotionally or psychosexual issues affecting people, I specialise in working with couples, working individually and together.
The most important influence on outcome in therapy is your engagement and the relationship between you and your therapist. The work we do is done together, building awareness of behaviour, where it originated and why and what it means is so often the key to creating a positive evolution changing your relationship with yourself and others.
