I offer EMDR (including Attachment Informed EMDR) and CBT for adults online. I specialise in working with a range of anxiety issues including trauma, phobias, panic and OCD. Online therapy is more accessible than in person and is equally effective. I am an EMDR Europe Accredited Practitioner. EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) is an effective and recommended treatment for trauma and anxiety issues including phobias. EMDR is the recommended treatment for trauma in national and international guidelines including NICE and is equally effective with a range of anxiety issues.
