I am a Clinical Psychologist and have worked in the NHS for almost 10 years, covering a wide range of psychological difficulties such as anxiety and panic, low mood and depression, trauma and PTSD, weight management, health conditions and medical trauma, OCD and more.
I draw from a range of evidence-based psychological therapies including cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT). I am also an Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapist.
Reaching out for help is difficult. Through building meaningful relationships with my clients, I provide a space to explore the challenges that you may be facing and help you work towards your goals, guided by what is important to you.
