I am trained integratively and draw on various models and theories. In sessions I may offer reflections, insights, challenges, and experiments to help you explore your experience. I work collaboratively and will encourage you to weigh up any invitation, considering how useful and possible it feels.
Time again I’ve witnessed that working in this way allows people to experiment with new ways of relating to themselves, their relationships, and their environment. This process can lead to change that previously felt impossible and a reorientation towards a way of being that feels authentic and meaningful.
