I am passionate about helping young people overcome distressing experiences and get back to living their life to the full. I am a qualified clinical psychologist, cognitive behavioural therapist, and EMDR therapist. I have worked for many years in the NHS and specialise in treating adolescents and young adults with mental health problems. My areas of expertise include the psychological treatment of psychosis, paranoia, trauma/PTSD, OCD, phobias, and sleep problems.
I offer specialist psychological assessment and therapy. The therapy I offer is based on cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and EMDR, whilst always being tailored to the individual client and based on a personalised formulation of their needs. I offer sessions online or in person in London near Monument station and in East Dulwich.
