I am a qualified, integrative counsellor and registered member of the BACP. My training enables me to work using a number of approaches so that I can tailor your sessions to meet your individual needs. We are all different, have different backgrounds, lives and experiences that have shaped us into who we are and how we see the world, so it’s really important that your counselling sessions are shaped around your individual needs and tailored to be most beneficial to you.
There is no right or wrong reason to seek counselling and I firmly believe that it can be beneficial to everybody. Whether you have reached a point of crisis in your life or maybe you just feel discontent and don’t know why, I offer you an opportunity to speak freely and be heard without judgement and in a confidential space.
My role is to create an environment where you can feel safe to explore your thoughts and feelings, even the ones that you feel might be unacceptable elsewhere in your life. I firmly believe that everyone has the answers they need to live the life that they want to live, but sometimes a bit of guidance to challenge old and inaccurate beliefs is helpful
