I'm Jo and I’m a counsellor and psychotherapist with a wealth of experience in providing support to clients with a range of difficulties and concerns from relationship difficulties to anxiety, low self-esteem and work related issues to name a few! My way of working draws upon the Person-Centred approach to counselling which believes that each and every person can, and will, become a more fully functioning person if given the correct conditions. The Person-Centred Approach focuses on the counsellor being honest, non-judgmental and fully accepting allowing the client to lead and set the pace.
