Do you feel at an impasse and are seeking some support? Maybe you have noticed repeating patterns in your life that are no longer helpful. Perhaps you have suffered difficult experiences and you would like some help to process them. Or the anxiety that you have been living with and managing is now feeling overwhelming. Whatever the issue, my aim is to provide a safe, confidential space in which we can explore together the issues that have brought you to therapy. With a combination of non-judgemental exploration and compassion we can work together to enable you to gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your emotions.
I am a level 5 qualified integrative counsellor (MNCPS Acc.) meaning I use a blend of counselling methodologies tailored to suit the needs of my clients. I tend to underpin our work with Compassion Focused Therapy which centers on reducing the shame often felt around distressing human experiences.
I would love to work with you to help you gain an understanding of your issues with a view to helping you move towards your personal goals for therapy. I work with adults and I’m currently offering online zoom sessions on Tuesdays.
