I am a psychotherapist specialising in couple and relationship therapy. I also work with individuals and I provide clinical supervision to other therapists. I am the author of a self-help book called Dump the Baggage. I specialise in issues associated with: Couples and relationship therapy, Anxiety/Depression, Trauma, and Low self-esteem. This will also help you to gain greater self-awareness, increase your esteem and help you to understand the relationship with yourself and others.
I use different counselling approaches such as; Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Gestalt approach. I support individuals, couples and organisations. I have over ten years of experience and a proven track record of my success rate with my clients and I will support them throughout the entire journey of change.
