I am a UKCP psychotherapist with experience working both in the NHS and higher education. I specialise in addressing a broad range of difficulties, from relationship difficulties to anxiety and depression. I particularly enjoy working with individuals who have an inquisitive mindset and wish to explore difficulties around relationships and self-esteem.
