I have a strong background in working with both severe and enduring mental health difficulties alongside common anxiety and depression disorders, helping support individuals to overcome emotional and shame based difficulties. I strive to empower others in facilitating their own recovery, and to break down stigma related barriers to accessing mental health.
I have a strong interest in working with trauma, personality difficulties and low self-esteem, in supporting individuals to achieve their personal goals/values. Interpersonally, I strive to provide a compassionate, empathic and transparent approach which fosters and facilitates hope, through empowering individuals to overcome their emotional difficulties.
