Thank you for taking the time to look at my profile. I am a Person-Centred Counsellor working online and face to face. If you chose me to be your counsellor, I will walk alongside you as you explore your experiences and how they have shaped you. I offer a warm, safe space where you can explore your feelings without judgement. You may want to to talk about how you relate to others and discover why things are the way they are for you. I will sit with you while you uncover your story and help you move forward.
My main modality is Person-Centred but I have experience with other modalities so I aim to work in the way that best suits you. I have worked with clients with a number of presentations, particularly anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, eating difficulties and peri/menopause.
