I've worked with many client issues such as depression, anxiety, family issues, problems in relationships, work stress, low self esteem and confidence. I work online or via the telephone.
Working together, you will be able to process your thoughts and feelings, make sense of your experiences, identify and/or deepen self awareness, develop helpful strategies & notice a favourable shift in your life. I provide a confidential environment where you can share anything without judgement.
We'll discuss your desire from counselling and also collaboratively decide on the way forward using methods from various schools of counselling. This can include CBT, Gestalt, Person centred, Psychodynamic and more. You choose methods based on your preferences and what works best for you. We'll navigate through your difficulties resulting in positive change
