As a sport specialist with a background in Sport & Exercise Psychology, I can help anyone in or outside of the sporting realm with injury recovery, PTSD and trauma, addictions, anxiety, depression, performance anxiety, phobias, panic attacks, and sleep difficulties. I offer therapy at my practice in Chester or online via Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
I always like to start off with an informal chat. I have a real interest in people and want to understand you as an individual. We all have the same emotional needs, but get them met in completely unique ways.
