This includes, Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing(EMDR), Cognitive behavioural therapy(CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Exposure and Motivational Interviewing & Life Coaching. I work with a range of problems and have a special interest in trauma & self esteem.
I provide a confidential, professional and bespoke service, placing an emphasis on building a strong therapeutic relationship with each client. After working professionally in the NHS for over 10 years in acute mental health and psychological services I have developed a strong empathetic and compassionate approach, providing a safe and positive environment.
