I work with individuals and couples. I can help you make sense of difficult feelings about yourself, your life, or your partner. With couples, I incorporate Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy which is based in attachment theory.
Are you struggling with anxiety, or depression? Are you constantly arguing with your partner, feeling insecure and wondering why you bother? Or trying to make sense of how you're feeling about yourself or having problems with your family?
