As an integrative counsellor, I use a range of approaches and models. I will work with you to help you to explore whatever life issues you may be struggling with. Our sessions gives you the opportunity to discuss your thoughts, feelings and experiences in a non-judgemental and confidential space. I will give you time to work out how to best cope with what you are facing, to come to terms with the past as well as to explore ways to improve your relationships. I will support you but also at times challenge you so that you can honestly evaluate and clarify what really matters to you.
I work with diverse clients on their own unique issues. I am experienced in working with loss, parenting and relationship issues as well as more specialised concerns related to infertility and pregnancy. I also work with work and family related issues. In addition, I special with identity issues for international clients.
Our sessions are a way for you to gain further insight into who you are and how you want to live your life. I work with clients from a range of diverse backgrounds and varying personal situations. I see my role to support and help you work though your individual issues and concerns. I offer my clients both short and long-term sessions.
