Thank you for visiting my profile page. I am a Clinical Psychologist and accredited Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT) Practitioner with over 16 years experience working with adults with mental and physical health problems. I offer evidence based psychological assessment and therapy for a wide range of emotional, behavioural and psychological difficulties including anxiety, depression, low self esteem, relationship problems, trauma and post-traumatic stress, adjusting to medical conditions and treatment adherence. I work both individually (age 16+) and with couples.
I offer a range of therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, EMDR, Cognitive Analytic Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I work together with my clients to understand how their difficulties have developed, how they are maintained and how the difficulties and problems can be overcome. Therapy is tailored to meet individual needs.
