As an Integrative Counsellor, I have the privilege of helping to support many clients with a range of life issues. Whether these challenges are related to anxiety and depression, bereavement or prolonged grief, anger, personal relationships and abuse or the ongoing effects of historical difficulties, to name just a few, my goal is to ensure that you feel safe and heard in a confidential, empathic and compassionate environment. It can be difficult to reach out and accept that you may benefit from external support. Vulnerability is not weakness, it is the most courageous thing that we can show to others.
Working together, we will explore your challenges and discover new ways of moving forward with self-compassion and acceptance. Drawing on a variety of therapeutic approaches, I will help you to explore both internal and external struggles in a way that will empower you and uncover your strengths.
