I am passionate about peoples stories, there is a richness in Human Connection and the internal world. Therapy is not something that is very sought out in my culture and i found that there is often a disconnect with people from certain backgrounds (E.g Race, Class, Gender, Age etc.) and Mental Health Professionals.
I am a Dramatherapist / Creative Arts Psychotherapist who currently offers online and telephone support. I have experience working with Young People and Adults suffering from Anxiety, in recovery, Depression & general MH support. I use Drama & Theatre Techniques including Art, Play, Movement, Story, Music etc. to help clients work through their material.
I believe that Therapy should be like getting a check up for your Physical Health but for your Mind and Soul. I, myself, have gone through Therapy and I knew I wanted to do for others what it did for me.
