I am a Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and work in accordance with the BACP's Ethical Framework, fully insured and DBS checked. I am a professional counsellor, qualified in integrated therapy, which means I draw on multiple therapeutic approaches. I work online, where I offer counselling to both individuals and couples by establishing a tailored approach for each client. I provide an empathetic and non-judgemental foundation to cultivate a genuine working relationship within.
I believe we all need some help & support sometimes. Being truly listened to and feeling heard with compassion is incredibly powerful in helping us grow in our understanding of ourselves.
