Hello, Do you want to talk? Life isn't always easy. There are times when talking things through with someone who is impartial can help you to explore your thoughts and feelings and what is important to you. I am a registered member of BACP and offer you the opportunity to be able to discuss your issues in a safe and non-judgmental space. It is important to me that you experience therapy in a way which meets your needs. I believe that you are the expert in your experience and in your ability to work through whatever problems or difficulties you are facing. given the space, tools and acceptance to be you.
I am an Integrative counsellor; I don't believe one approach works for everyone. I have trained in a combination of approaches which enables me to offer you a tailored experience of therapy. I have extensive experience of working with neurodivergent individuals.
I offer an initial free telephone consultation of 15 minutes. It provides us with an opportunity to explore why you are seeking therapy. During this consultation you can ask me any questions that you may have. If you feel comfortable with me and feel I am the right counsellor for you, together we can book a counselling session.
