I can help you navigate your way through the emotions of shame, guilt, and fear in a safe way.

We can work together to ensure that you are not re-traumatised during our sessions, by creating safety and trust. I am a registered trauma therapist and I work in-person in Leeds, LS27 and online across the UK with people affected by emotional narcissistic abuse experiencing trauma-bonding, shame, flashbacks, nightmares, emotional shutdown and hypervigilence
