By raising your self-awareness I will help you explore these issues and find the root causes of the symptoms you're experiencing. For me, counselling is a vocation not a job and I am passionate about making a difference in people’s lives. I hope I can make a difference in yours.
My name is Liz and I am a qualified counsellor and a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists. I have a postgraduate diploma in therapeutic counselling and I work integratively which means that I draw on a variety of approaches in my counselling practice.
