I am a fully qualified counsellor offering support online or in person to anyone over the aged 18 or over. I can offer counselling on a short or long term basis depending on your needs and preferences. There may be times in our lives when things become too much and we need a little help. I can help you explore a wide range of issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, family, low self esteem and emotional problems. The most important thing is that you feel heard, particularly at a time when you may be experiencing a range of emotions and feelings that can be overwhelming and difficult.
I practice as a Humanistic Integrative Counsellor which means I offer a warm, empathic, genuine and non-judgemental environment. Within this we can build a strong, trusting relationship enabling us to explore your issues, emotions and experiences safely. I appreciate that every person is unique with their own personal frame of reference and experiences.
I am compassionate, friendly and have benefitted from counselling myself so can appreciate what it is like to be in your shoes. I know that counselling can be challenging and feel difficult at times, but can also be extremely powerful and rewarding. Together we can create a safe environment for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, choices and experiences.
