Hello i'm Lizzy, an integrative therapist. Have you experienced a bereavement, break up, infidelity, anxiety or depression? You could be coming to terms with addiction or just need to make sense of life. Embarking on a therapeutic journey with me provides you with space to think, speak, feel and be heard. You will have autonomy in your space to hear your words, experience your feelings and begin your own independent journey to a more fulfilled and resilient existence. Together you and I will explore your goals and aspirations at a pace that works for you.
Successful therapy is the relationship between the client and therapist where there is trust, openness and the opportunity to explore your whole self where you can feel safe and brave to talk. I offer a professional, non-judgemental, empathic counselling relationship where you can become the expert in your life story and journey to emotional confidence.
Although exploring inner thoughts and feelings can be overwhelming when you are already experiencing a sense of confusion and possibly uncertainty, together we can work to better understand and explore unhelpful patterns of behaviour and thought processes, in order to grow emotionally and psychologically with a calmer, more meaningful sense of who you are.
