I have experience working in multiple colleges and universities across Manchester and know the challenges young people are facing, whether it is neurodiverse assessments, cyber bullying or life changes such as leaving home. I also with women returning to work, facing relationship issues or mothers struggling with postnatal anxiety or work/life balance.
I am warm and approachable and can be flexible in the way we work together. I have been to therapy myself when I was younger and found it to be so powerful, it changed my life but I also know how daunting finding a counsellor can be. I believe in fairness and being non-judgemental so I will always treat you as the unique individual person that you are.
