Hi, I’m Lucinda, a trauma-informed psychotherapeutic counsellor who endeavours to create a warm and non-judgemental space where you can bring your whole self and find validation for your experience. I truly believe that every individual has the capacity for growth and change and that nothing within us needs ‘fixing’. I have a depth of both personal and professional knowledge and experience of therapy and counselling and have being working in the field for over 6 years. I believe that above all else we are meeting together, first and foremost, as human beings.
I offer a free 15 minute consultation to see how I can best support you and if I am the right person to suit your needs. I work collaboratively with clients which means I aim to create a space where clients can feel safe enough to share what may or may not be working for them in the therapeutic relationship.
