Hello, I'm Katinka and I offer Art Therapy/Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy). I put my heart and soul into my work, and aspire to form a genuine human connection with each person that I see. I want to help you heal from past hurt, create more joy and meaning in your life, and get more energy for the things that matter to you. I adapt my approach and style of working according to your unique needs and preferences. I am experienced in working with adults, adolescents and children from all walks of life. I provide a welcoming and safe space for you to focus on your healing and wellbeing.
I have supported people with a range of difficulties including grief, PTSD, low mood/depression, social anxiety, low self-esteem, BDD, body-focused repetitive behaviours, OCD, and other anxiety related difficulties. I have worked in NHS talking therapy services, cancer care, young people's mental health services, schools, and care homes.
