I have experience working with individuals who have a variety of complex emotional needs, including those with diagnoses of complex trauma, PTSD, OCD, phobias, GAD, depression, and mental health issues related to neuro-developmental disorders (ASC & ADHD). Since 2010, I have worked in my career in a variety of contexts, and I still do. I approach treatment with an integrated, person-centered methodology. primarily utilizing third wave methodologies and trauma-focused concepts.
