I have worked with clients with different concerns such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, stress at school, abandonment, parent child relationship issues. I am good at dealing with romantic and family relationship , emotional distress such as depression, PTSD, anxiety, eating disorder and childhood trauma. I will tailor made the treatment plan according to your needs. My approach combines different therapeutic orientations such as psychoanalysis, person centered therapy etc.
Psychological counseling is a journey of self-exploration. The entire counseling process is not easy as clients are necessary to face various inner feelings. The duration of the treatment for each person to sort out their emotions is different. However, please rest assured. I will patiently listen to your difficulties and walk with you together.
I understand it takes courage to take the first steps towards change in order to seek a more fulfilling and happier life. If you are ready to take that step, I am here to support you and get out of dilemma. My language during therapy is Cantonese / Mandarin. Session fee GBP55/60mins. Consession would be applied to students/ NHS staff/in special situation.
