I am an integrative psychotherapist, hypnotherapist and certified life-coach. I have been practicing psychotherapy and hypnotherapy for the past 14 years. My experience comes from having worked as a psychotherapist, CBT and IAPT practitioner for the NHS, within the charity sector, as well as in private practice. I also offers EMDR, which is particularly useful when working with trauma.
Working integratively, I employ different modalities and techniques to best support the client’s unique needs.
