I am a Senior Accredited Member of the BACP having worked for over 20 years in a large GP practice in Saffron Walden. In my new consulting rooms in the centre of town I offer a safe and supportive environment where the well-being of every client is paramount. I specialise in many different issues such as depression, anxiety and bereavement. I have a particular interest in identifying and treating stress and “burn out” over a broad range of professions, ie/ NHS, GP’s, teachers and the consequences of work/life related demands.
Counselling will enable you to look deeply at current difficulties and to think about how the past may have affected you today. Gaining insight and clarity in a supportive and empathetic environment can bring about a sense of relief and along with this, will bring an improvement in your health and well being.
