I am an Integrative Therapeutic Counsellor with an interest and passion in supporting people with their mental health and wellbeing with twelve years’ experience. I am fully qualified and accredited with the National Counselling Society and work with adult,couples and groups. I work in an integrative style using humanistic, deep listening techniques combined with some Gestalt work, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Transactional Analysis. I work from my private practice situated in South Wales Swansea and am also happy to run zoom or telephone counselling sessions.
Areas I can work with are anxiety, depression, relationship problems, low self-esteem, grief, workplace issues and challenges, amongst others. My work will always involve my clients looking in depth at how they have previously responded to challenges based on past beliefs and examining what still holds true and what needs to change.
I customised treatments that are specific to each individual since we recognise that everyone is unique. Prior to beginning any treatment, we always do a full consultation to learn about your symptoms and lifestyle.
